A real hoodcam on two DLC cars only?

Why do only the Nissan GT-R R32 touringcar and R33 touringcar have a real hoodcam, unlike the other cars which have a roofcam?

Is it not just what it seems like? It could be that it's a roofcam on all of them but diffrent on each car. It's like this on many cars if I'm not misstaken. But you could be right, I've not driven the cars so I wouldn't really know, I just speculate.

Nope, the camera really is on the hood of the car. I tried all other DLC cars and they all have the camera much higher and further back (on the roof) and also musch less speed sensitivity.

Nope. Those are cars with the very low overall hight and low rooftop department, with long hood > something along the lines of Mercedes SLS.

It is the same-old rooftop cam, but because of the chasis-characteristics it looks like the camera is on the hood.

Makes sense.. Even though it might only look like a hoodcam I like driving it much more than any other cam in GT5.

I still think it's strange they didn't put in a hoodcam instead of the roofcam, which doesn't like right on most cars.
