Did anyone else find the last race in this series (Suzuka) pretty hard to gold?, whereas all the other events i easily got gold?

I found the opposite to be honest. The first two were very easy. Monaco I couldn't get within 20 seconds of the leader. Nurburgring was fine because everyone span out on every lap, but Suzuka was fairly straightforward for me. Unfortunately I messed up on the hairpin on the last lap and came 4th but I was on for a big lead if I hadn't..

The problem I had with the later races during the series is after the third race, your oil is shot.
At that point you're at a 50hp disadvantage.

Suzuka is the one track where you really don't have corners to cut (or stupid AI that don't know how to take a chicane).

I ended up doing it by itself rather than with the championship. Literally had to do 20 clean laps. 2nd place was behind about 3-5 seconds the entire time.

Yeah, i have tried many times on just single, i get a lead and theres a single dumb corner that screws me over, and im down to last when ive been leading the whole race, it happens EVERY race on suzuka, its so ANNOYING lol.

Hardest race was monaco! golded first time tho. In Suzuka the key is to try not to use too much power! if you are spinning out all the time try shifting up a gear before you put the power down? helps alot with the FGT

Im trading my FGT atm without this being done lol, since its going into the OCD i can probably pick one up again no problem soon enough. I think ive tried that damn suzuka too many times.

As i did the championship, i finished every race gold, except for monaco. i drove it 3 laps and the first one was 1 lap ahead. then i canceled the race but fortunately got the championship gold tho cause of the other 5 gold races

suzuka was the most easy one for me. because i drove the track in prologue very often in time trial so i know the track pretty much and i got first after the first round and stayed there for the rest of the race.
