By grinding of course... What do you expect anyone to answer? You expect there to be some sort of secret super fast way to level up?
One of the fastest ways to gain experience is the Japanese K-car seasonal event, as it's really short. The Ferrari F1 seasonal gives quite a lot, but takes a good deal of time as well. But yeah, grinding is the only way.
pretty sure it has to be endurances, i've just done le mans 24 hour and still didn't have enough xp for level 40. best way is to sign in 5 consecutive days to get the double xp and then do one of the later endurances. the normal races just dont give enough points. i'm at level 39 and need to sign in another couple of days and then do nurburgring 4 hour just so i can then do nurburgring 24 hour. muchly frustrating. at 99% though and have to complete =)
