ABS and more rally tracks

In the next download why not have the ability to force off ABS.
Are there going to be anymore rally tracks, maybe some classic English stages.

I have seen that you can now restrict ABS however there are no new tracks and I doubt there will be tracks like you describe even though it would be awesome

I guess this will be a new, great way to get serious racers coming into the lobby. 'Cause all the noob drivers will go play elsewhere if they notice that their brakes keep blocking at every corner and are wondering why.

By the way, since the latest patch it is also possible to remove the "suggested gear" indicator, which happens to blink when approaching corners. This in my opinion has in GT5 an effect on driving as deep as the ABS, because inconsciously people will notice it and mentally prepare for braking accordingly. Please report in this thread your impressions if you happen to disable it.

No, but the ABS in GT5 compared to real life systems makes the car unrealistically stable while braking, making trail braking maneuvers excessively easy to perform and in general reducing the amount of skill required for brake control before and when cornering.

But ABS off isn't fun when you get zero feedback.

This is an argument that'll go on for pages and pages. Now finally PD has solved it with the ABS restrictor letting people who like driving without ABS drive so in peace and letting ABS drivers drive with ABS in peace.

I will continue driving without ABS were the setting on or off.

Or all the noobs will skid right into you even worse than before. Actually that is exactly what will happen, LOL. Your "no abs" rooms in public lobbies will be crash fests, guaranteed.

Anyway, OPD please add Monte Carlo? or some snow track in a random Scandinavian forest?... how about the PD office? Imagine dodging coffee cups and sushi boxes....

Pointless thread is pointless, especially given ABS can be removed from online racing now and it is clear that there was no new track pack this time round.
