Add a second B-Spec driver during the game?

I've tried searching but couldn't find my answer.

Can you add another B-spec driver during the course of the game without having to to retire the first one? I can't find the option anywhere.

You got to get your B spec level to level 5 to add another driver.

It takes to level 10 before being able to create multiple B-Spec drivers.

Furthermore in the game it's expected to be races with multiple B-Spec drivers required, possibly Endurance races.

I'm confused. Do I have to be level 5 or 10 in order to add a secondary driver for my B-Spec events.

5 for a second, 10 for a third.

You can hire a 2nd driver at LV. 5, 3rd at LV. 10, 4th at LV. 15, up to six drivers. Total B-spec experience is the combination of all B-spec drivers' experience. /thread

No. I believe the only races where you can use 2 or more drivers in are the endurance series. I have not come across such a race and I am at expert races.
