I'm already betting that there's decals of those out there already haha. If there isn't by the time I am back home in 11 hours, I'd be down to vectorize them and upload them.
I already uploaded my first decal, which is the Japanese Police Shield!

Took me a whole day but managed to browse through all the Decals.
I've uploaded more than 60 and there's still a spot hit ton to go lol.

You have to go to your Library in the game, press Triangle, and then share it. Took me a while, as well.
