Adjustable time and weather in arcade mode

I think it would be great if we could select the time of day and the kind of weather is present when doing time trials and arcade races (like what madden has been doing for 10 years)

At pre-race screen, go to Track Options and change appropriate options as desired. This feature is already in GT6.

It would be nice to have the pre-race screen for two-player races as well, racing at night on a split-screen is very hard at some places, and most all time-change tracks default to night time.

I spoke too soon, when I got home I tried this feature with 5 different tracks and it didn't work. This feature seems to only apply to a few tracks so I stand by my original statement "Adjustable time and weather in arcade mode.... for all tracks"
