Yeah, alot of the muscle cars just don't sound very muscular at all, I was pretty disappointed.

They got the '69 Stingray right though, sounds just my stepdad's 'Vette. :D

I think a lot of the muscle cars (like the Challenger, Cougar, etc) sound real neat at idle. GT4 captured the "cam lope" pretty good I think. Otherwise, I think they didn't get a lot of the American V8 sounds very realistic. I like the Buick Grand National's exhaust, stock (stock exhaust, but modded engine). It's real deep but SMOOTH. Unfortunately, if you do anything to the exhaust, it starts to sound worse (unlike real life).
yeah, im pissed that my chevelle and camaro sound almost like imports. they definitly need to work on this for gt5

Definitely, I was so pissed when I thought "I want to make my '64 GTO louder, because it sounds freaking sweet", and I put a sports exhaust on it and all of a sudden I found myself driving a weedwhacker! Or maybe it was a Civic, I don't know. Same difference, it sounded like crap :D

sorry to burst any bubbles but i think all the cars in GT4 sound weak i have to crank my tv up if i want to get somthin near to a scream and most of the rally cars and some of the racing muffler mods all sound the same and is kinda annoying, but on the other there is one car that might not be as dissapointing which is the F1 car i was really impressed by it in GT3.

The toyota 2000GT ('69/'70) sounds so diffrent to anything else, but the Skyline rs turbo of the 1980's sounds gr8
