to make it fair I decided to put the restrictor back on and use teh standard driveshaft. (ended with R827. I use I think the #009 car as it's the only one with a working dashboard)

1:51.767 in hotlap mode.

The extra power made little difference and would only gain about .2-.3 of a second around Suzuka.

Anyway, as I said before, doing a fast lap alone is one thing. Driving that fast amongst other cars is a completely different story.
 
I've got a couple of days and may try this to see how I do. :D
