Do you mean replays of AI driving as we have in GT5 B-Spec? Or are we talking about recreations of real world races? I think this needs some explanation!

What's wrong with saving replays of events in GT6? (Events which include AI drivers.)

If you don't want to see yourself on the track and only want to see the AI drivers, you can always park somewhere and let the AIs compete amongst themselves, then save the replay.
