The first race was crazy! came down to the last turn last lap to decide the winner. Top 5 racers were within .500. The second race, the field got thinned out early and Red and I battled back and forth till the end.
 
The 1st race was real nice. Cool to see everyone file in for the chicanes at the last second and snake through.
 
As a reminder; all racers be sure to have a HKS CT230R 581hp for the practice after next weeks race. The details of al the cars and tracks should be up soon.
 
Man! It sounds like I missed another great race. I would SOOOO much have rather been racing than at work.
 
Yeah, it sure did beat working. The replay of the 1st race is just awesome watching those 5 cars battling within inches of each other.

I would guess there is some pretty realistic footage.
 
Sorry about missing the race. Started a new job after a long layoff and the early schedule took its toll on this old man and I fell asleep in my chair.
 
Will any of it be on TV? If so, i'll tune in for a bit.

Edit* I see Speed is showing a good bit of it!

Wouldn't it be cool if one day games would allow 4 man online teams to switch drivers after stints. That way an online 24 hr could be ran. Hardcore, i know. But man that would be fun!

^ You should look up rFactor 1/2 or project cars. I think even Race 07 Live for speed had that function to switch drivers.

Gonna try to dvr it and the continental race from mid ohio! I wanna see how the delta wing compares in its first year, really its infancy. I've heard good things about it so far. I also am excited to see the Toyota LMP. Wish Nissan and Ford where in it as well though.
 
That was wild. How did that Ferrari not know he was there? Broken back for the Toyota driver 👎

How long till the Delta Wing is added to GT5? Car looks like a spaceship lol

Well it's NISSAN powered so it shouldn't be too long.

*There is no time to be found going wide @ Turn12 "Pouhon"

*If you go wide @ Turn 18 onto the green paint you have a 50/50 chance of spinning out, especially on tires that still have 3/4 tread left.

* Do not go wide at La Source at all costs, Turn 1 harpin

* You can easily misjudge turns 14 15 & 16 and end up in the dirt.

* And last, getting into an epic battle with one or more may be fun, but your tires may not last to half distance Forcing you to pit early.
