Thaks for the comments, but unfortunatly this was my insane supra which was winning, but span out unconrollabally and crashed, the photo shows it going backwards, I think it did a 1080 spin in total before smashing into the left wall! I'll update soon!

Once again, great job on your new update, like your skyline photo.Like the neon and flashing light effect. The supra did suffer the same fate as my RX-8 LM.(spun out after a hard run.Must likely because of the worn out rear tires.)

Thanks again for the comments, here's my latest update! They are mainly my Audi TT racing on the Nurburgring!

And as promissed in a comment in the NC week 2 comment, here is my other entry which I was to choose from of a red E-type Jag.

(Could have been) FINAL ENTRY!!!

You've got some good closeups here, and the sparking E-Type shot looks brilliantly composed and lit!

But I think you need to include less photos in updates like this, if there are loads of them all in one then people are less likely to view them and comment on them as it feels a little overwhelming to view them all. Try cutting down the shots to your very favourites and only showing those in the gallery. 👍

Blah! that could have been, should have been! if you get me, it contains more action. My alfa! lots of lovely contrast there! and the chapperall shots are interesting too! but i have to agree with mog, use around 4 of your faves, or split them up, after comments, so people can see them seperatly!

but, Good Update!

great update lots of colour - thats what i like to see :)👍

7th and last pic (not F E pos) are the best because of the angles i think

Hello again, I've taken Moglet's advice, and made a smaller update. Here are 2 photos I was going to enter into the NC week 3 competition, the second was my other choice, but the first I just took for no real reason, but it looks quite good. I have also made one of them ones where you click on it, it's of a skyline, but before you click on it, look into the mirror on the old skyline. Enjoy!!!

Comments welcome.

Yaay, no comments - is it worth me updating it soon? I might do a picture of the old Nissan bluebird...

Whoaaaa .. like wtf ace last pic of update - thats immense. Angle, quality, realism and car in mirror.

i wanna see more of that pro..........

Not the expected bluebird - that can wait - this is a shot I've 'cleaned', after being enspired by what SimmiS has done, then what beerz made of it, obviously it's not as good, however it's only my first atempt.

Comments / critisms welcome!

tbh, needs lots of work. the car itself is okay, people with more expernce will there will give you more details there, but, the motion blur is over done. try using several overlapping layers with more subtle blurring. the car wheels arent touching the ground and the blurs focal point is off.

sorry if i come off harsh ... but :indiff:

dont worry about the comment above, i made my first cleaned one a couple of days back and my first comment was also quite bad. The car has got a gret reflection on the nearest corner, and quite nice blur there also, if you look closely on the right hand you can see something worng witht he blur but thats not too bad, just move the focal point slightly to the left on the road (i reckon) and youll have one great first try :)

SimmiS :dunce:

hmmm...

Did you check the tutorials?

Looking at this shot (looks like you tried to combine everything you wanted to show in it), what stands out the most is the car's missing some portions.

You have to be careful when selecting the car to copy it to it's own layer, to zoom in pretty much, and making lots of clicks so the car's shape is perfectly selected.

Also, before blurring, you have to delete the car from that layer, so it's not blurred altogether with the scenery.

Check 440 CHARGER's tutorial on this matter (top of the galleries page), much better explained and with a lot more info.

If you still have problems, write them here and me or any other member will explain as best as we can. 👍

On the cleanup part, there's not much comment to make, as the car's mostly blurred.
You should try it on a phototravel shot, with a simple-lined car.

I don't know about this cleaning stuff (since i still suck at PS) but i think pixeljunkynz tutorials is the most complete (to me) but is it me or i just missed the whole point of cleaning?

Thanks for the tips everyone, much aprieciated. Here is a quick update, I've been messing around on Photoshop, so here it is, tell me what you think, enjoy!

Just a small update due to my not-so-brilliant popularity, it's my dropped entry for the NC week 5. If I get more comments I'll update more often, if I don't (which'll probabally happen) I'll only update once every 2 weeks, with crappy shots like this one, oh well...

very well done! i like the zoom- effect of the blur! update about 1ce every few days. I do about 1ce every 4 or 5, thatll keep your poularity up! also you used an underated car and made it look very good!

Well, the little update looks quite good, even better than your NC photo in my opinion. But if you said it like that,it will be like the "chicken or egg" situation. If you don't update often, people won't see your gallery (and go down the thread list) but if you update too soon, people will not like how you did your image too fast.See what i mean?

The blur is overdone, but it's a step in the right direction. You can only get better and better with every use of PS. More then what I'm capable of. Dont lose heart with the lack of comments. Eventually you'll get tons as you improve 👍

Great Improvements, I still haven't dared move into the area of serious PS touch ups, its great to see someone giving it a shot. As for lack of comments, just do the pictures for your own enjoyment. I get my enjoyment out of taking and editing the pictures, sharing them is just the final part, the most enjoyment (for me) comes from the creating.

Thanks again for the comments, I agree that the blur is overdone, however I like it - it's kind of like pop art and makes it stand out more than usual.

As unexpected, I got comments, so heres a smallish update, however, it is my first atempt at making one of thm panel type thingys that so many other people do. Tell me what you think, comments welcome!

Here is a bonus pic I took when I noticed something odd going on at the start of the 24 hour race at de Sarthe.

Clearly I am wrong, with no comments, it is clearly not a good update. Just to let you know, after waiting 2100 days, I now have all 4 of the black race cars - they're awsome!
