build date but didn't hit the show rooms for sale until lat 2000 which made them ........................... 2001's :sly:
If you born on december 31st 2000 but your parents dont get you untill jan 1st 2001 your still born in 2000. Same with the car, it was built, and came out late 2000 (even thouhg it may have been released as a 2001 model)

I voted Z....Most versitile in my opinion....If you don't like foreign engines, you can drop a Merlin into one.....You can make it a great drag car, track car, damn near anything with the right Z

The Z is a lot easier to come by in the US which makes it more practical and realistic than the Skyline. There is a Nissan Z just down the road from me at a car dealer. I like both cars very much but if I was to vote it would have to be the Blitz Skyline R34 GTR since I will probably never see one in real life and that makes me just love it even more. I was happy to see one in 2 Fast 2 Furious.

And this blue one that is the regular R34 GTR

We are not just talking about the 350Z. The "Z" encompasses the 240Z, 260Z, 280Z, and the 350Z, great cars all (260Z and 280Z less so, though), much like the "Skyline" encompasses R32, R33, and R34 models. 2 Fast 2 Furious is the movie equivalent of Satan to most serious car enthusiasts, though.

What about the 300ZX does that count as Z. Any ways I know I like skylines the best, but which one? R32, R33,R34 or the 350 sitting in my neigbors driveway (really an infinity G35 coupe). I gues I'll go with the R33

Actually when I think of Skyline I think of the original few models. the 32 and the 33....the 34 just doesn't do it for me..and HEY
I drive a Civic/drove a Civic.....Civic's gone but engines still in my posession. Civic's are badazz if done up right, only prob is to get a Civic fast when you're not rich usually requires connections of some sort..

But ANYWHO.....Z cars for me...or a R32 GTS all sleeped out

When i think of Skyline i think of all of them. The new G series (eg. G35), The R (eg. R31) series, the C (eg. C110) series etc...

I loved my 1987 NIssan King Cab 2x4...put a years worth of sweat into tha littel beast....lowed, 16" rims, 45 series rubber, countless hours of body work ( man there was a lot of rust by 1997 ) painted it ferrari yellow and had an arrow ( black ) racing stripe down the center, put black trim on the rocker panels, clarion cd system, tinted windows, bedliner, with diamond plate stainless steel over-rails....racing buckets in the interior....low restriction exhaust system with dual exhaust...custom tail gate...***sigh***then I rolled it and got a mercury topaz, did that ever suck !!!!!!!!!!
