Not really in this case - have you actually tried that search? The closest matches are from 2002.

You remember the thread that you directed the OP to because you merged it yourself... he didn't have that prior knowledge

That is true, but to many fans the titular "Le Mans" would refer to the annual French race - perhaps it would help future readers if you were to edit the title to reflect the encompassing nature of the thread?

I quite agree that they should all be represented in one place but I can equally understand that people looking for ALMS might not look in there.
