I keep hearing about a Toyota FT86 concept that is a bonus for buying the DLC, I have bought the complete pack of both DLC's.

Is the car the Toyota GT86 or is there an FT86 that I haven't got and why have I not got it?

There is a Toyota FT-86 II Concept '11 that you can receive for buying multiple DLC packs from the October DLC. 👍

It is also, in fact, tradeable.

so I have to by multiple of the same DLC!!!

And I thought Codemasters and Activision were the rip off kings!

Is it any good?

Yes, but you had to buy them before the last update, Im afraid you will have to trade for it.
If your stuck come back to me next week I will give you one, Im booked up till a week friday but pm if needed.

Sorry, but all what is stated here is completely incorrect. For a start, the car is a Toyota 86 GT '12 (production car, not the concept version that's been on the game for ages) and the method of aquiring it does not require any DLC purchase.

From the homepage:

Toyota 86 GT ’12 will be available to all players who install the 2.02 update.
•Free coupons have been added that allow you to wash cars, change oil, overhaul your engine, or restore chassis rigidity in GT Auto. 10 coupons will be distributed for free to each of those who have downloaded the 2.02 update.
•The Gran Turismo Racing Kart 125 SPL. and five New Car Refresh cards will be provided to customers purchasing any DLC packs released in October 2011.

As you can see, the Toyota is free to all, it's the Kart and refresh cards that rely upon having the previous DLC packs.

Yo before you go and buy the complete pack again why not go buy two more paints add-ons???? I tried that and i thought well if it doesn't give me the car at least i will have 200 more paint chips... And i bought 2 paints and went to the button in the main menu installed both and logged into gtlife and it worked

We are talking about a different car here.

You see, there is the Toyota 86 GT '12, which you explained about. Then, there is the Toyota FT-86 II Concept '11.

Also bro we are not incorrect you may just not know about it... They gave the concept II to people who bought to of the same DLC it is different from the other 2 concepts in the dealership

as well as the Toyota 86 gt '12' that we got free from the update. if you had purchased multiple dlc from october you also recived the Toyota FT-86 II Concept '11. i know this as i have both cars in my garage

Sorry mate... YOU are wrong ... it is correct, that you receive a Toyota 86 free with the update...

but it's also correct, that you get another Concept 86 for multiple DLC1 purchases.

I bought the complete DLC1 package weeks ago and as I purchased another
paint pack (cheapest possibility) after the 2.02 update I got that other HachiRoku ...

Henk :)

edit: too late... sorry ;)

I just want to make sure that when people outside and inside this thread will know that... It doesn't matter what 2 DLC you buy but it just has to be from the 1ST DLC pack... And you can still do it now i did it a few days ago.... The cheapest & most useful to buy twice is the individual paint add-on Pack

Another Epic Fail, wrong car mate we are talking the 2011 concept given for multiple DLC purchase's before last update.

Yes, but you had to buy them before the last update

^ :dunce: ^

I only heard about this other car very recently so bought a cheap DLC from the first pack, and I received the car after the last update.

OP you can still get the car without trading anything for it.

Oh please, give over with your 'epic fail' phrase (so juvenile). I issued an imediate appolagy for my mistake upon seeing it explained in a kinder manner than what you cared to offer. If you had bothered to read beyond my post then you would have noticed that, so in your own words it is you who made an 'epic fail'.

How?

And why is it not in the Dealership?

Surely it needs to be in my game for me to see it when someone else uses it?

Anyone can send it me please?

Pictures?

Simple: Buy the paint add-on pack from the 1st DLC and you should receive the FT 86 Concept II
