We did some research about what age people are racing in sim racing at one of the Swedish forums I'm a member of. The result was that the average sim racer was above 33 years old, was married or had a steady girl/boyfriend and one or more kids.

The youngest was 13 and the oldest was 74 if my memory serves me right.

I'm only 45 and Apec 21 and Bspec 11. I've been simracing for more than 10 years and raced two 24H lemans races virtually, one of the best times in my life.

59 yrs young here. I've always been a motorsport nut and always will be.

BTW we are at the same levels...go figure.

I'm seemingly at the other end of the scale here, since I am 13. I hope I can be like that when I retire. It just shows the power of the GT series and GTplanet itself for that matter, when you can have such a wide spread age range between GT enthusiasts.

My wife, on rare occasion, will want to race head to head with me. It is cool that she wants to try but she get frustrated with it and gives up.

To put it in perspective, I have over 70 Ferrari F2007's in my Prologue garage

I'm just shy of 50 and loving this game as much as anybody. Just don't have as much time for it as some of you. lol

And I stopped counting my F2007s. I know my garage was totally full so I started selling cars I didn't really want to buy more F2007s until I was down to just the cars I wanted and the rest F2007s. Then I just let my account sit at 2M.

I'm only at Level 20 A-Spec and Level 3 (!) B-Spec. I can't wait until PD implements PC controlled B-Spec races. I need more money!

I'm at A Spec 25, B Spec 24 now. Not too excited about douing the endurance races and/or the Dream Car Champs in the rain. It's not so much driving on wet surfaces but not being able to see through the rain.
