we started in the bug 2.0 (yea we know kinda cheeeze!)
and raced the heck out of it and got the 3000gt turbo!!!
beat the rally events all of them..=..Escudo!!!!!
I started out with the Mazda Miata, and when fully upgraded it was able to win every beginner cup it could enter except for the championship, and even then it could compete. Not sure if there is a better choice. Second car was a 3000GT, which blows everything away in the beginner/amature cups it can enter.
I too started with the Mazda Miata, but as soon as I won the Silvia and got some cash together to tune it to the hilt - it became my new best friend. I have since changed to the all conquering Imprezza STi @ 430+bhp.
I started out with the VW Beetle 2.0 and tuned it to the max. It's a really good beginner's car when it is tuned correctly and I won most of my first couple races with it until I had enough money to buy the WRX.
I got the Miata (J){I think} I have yet to get the stage 2 turbo but it has like 312 hp and goes 188 top speed. It has won many a beginner races. Good for FR, Roadster, Turbo, and 80's, {But I'm sure anyone that's reading this know all that}
i started off with the toyata sprinter trueno.....and it got me started off in the right direction. To get quick and easy money in the beginning keep racing the super speedway over and over to get money.
I started with the Miata and was actually able to beat the super speedway on the gt world championship with it. It was really hard and my friend did it for me because instead of driving skills, he has a gift for racing the easy tracks.
i started with the mx-5 then bought and svt cobra (****e) and then a mitsubishi lancer evo 6 tommi makkinen edition. Now i have 42 racing modified cars.
I startet with the Yaris 1.5j it kicked ass, won the witz races---good money!!! bought a audi S4, won the dreamcarchampionship with the S4, got the gillet and then it was home safe....
It seems I am not alone, I too started with the MX-5, hooked the car up fast as i could, doesn't last to long before you have to move on to another car though. I chose the Rx-7 type RS(j) for my second car, quite impressed with that car, it is one of the cars i have in my garage with the most miles. NSX is the only thing that beats it miles, only cause i used that in a endurance race.
It was between the Miata and the Treuno in the beginning, and I went Trueno, cuz I wanted to have fun with some mad drift. The smart thing to do though is buy the miata, buy slicks for it, and take it out on the endurance race, then you have a nice 100K to spend on shyt, and a new car
