You just don't listen, do you?

I know its a little late in the season but when I register for this you might wanna put me as reserve if this is finnet every season be on friday

Crap, the live video feed from the #73 Corvette just went out with "technical difficulties", now ive got nothing to watch but the pit cam :( just a bunch of dudes walking back and forth.

I have the whole thing recording so I can re-watch the race again later

Speed- 25 hours of lemans = BS. All I've seen is nascar, speed report - nascar, and commercials.

Indeed.
I really need to get better Internet so I can watch these livestreams... and race.

Congrats to Audi again. First hybrid to win. They dominated from the start. Scary to see what what kind of technology they will have in the future.

Ya it will they did a great job

Seeing that car in Sebring is just jaw dropping. All you hear is the air going over the car and the tires going around the corners. Crazy!!

I kept trying to hear what the car actually sounded like. It's so silent. They said something about being able to hear the chassis and suspension working over the engine sound.

Hopefully their KERS system will make it onto the market one day. Would be a game changer IMO. I was doing a little research on it. Apparently it was thought of back in the 50's. I'm guessing technology was just not good enough back then to make it work.

Toyota is obviously a hybrid also. But I'm wondering why Audi was only allowed to use theirs at +75 MPH and Toyota was able to use theirs whenever.

Maybe because the Audi's hybrid power powered the front wheels, and that's so they would have an advantage with acceleration?

A KERS system is being worked on for the 918 Spyder.
And don't forget that Porsche did it with the GT3 RSR first. :sly:

Audi got passed by Toyota, on-track, before that (L)AM(E) driver took out davidson on the straight. They didn't dominate until after that and Nakajima's sorry overtaking ruined the #7's cars chance. For the first time out, Toyota did a great job, kept pace with Audi and actually caught them once they got their race figured out. If they improve the reliability (even if they can only last 10hours) they'll have a great shot at beating Audi for the rest of the WEC. Back on topic, I hope next season we have a better tighter field. Racing against Pipi is fun, but it's kinda getting old just being just us.

Updated list of people to kill, in order of least priority to top:
Whoever crashed into the Deltawing
Sugarglider/Neptune
The man who thought to allow amateurs to race at Le Mans
Whoever at Ferrari thought to sell their 458 to such idiots
The idiots that Ferrari sold their 458 to
The CEO of AT&T
And of course, above all these is Seth Neiman. Oh how I hate Seth Neiman.

Pipi can challenge pretty good. Even though I took what people say isn't a great car (Toyota) it's still fast. It isn't the best on tight tracks or with tire wear IMO. I can still work with it though, it's good on high speed tracks, but I didn't win at Monza (I hit the dirt). The Bentley is a good mix of both, and the R8 I think is the best on tighter tracks and ones with lots of turns.

Hold on... Didn't the Toyota drown out the top 100 places in the current seasonal event? Sure Sarthe is a high speed track but it's not without its twists and turns.

Still sticking with the Toyota for next season? I think I'm going with Bentley. Its the only car I've really practiced with. I like the R10, but only having 5 gears is killing me.

When does the next season begin? And do you guys normally start right at 9pm or is there a delay at times. Wondering cause I have a league race on Friday's at 10:30
