Mitch will not be testing anything unless it is on the list in the second post on page one.

The start is going to be a full pace lap. Just like we've always done.
 
As long as I don't get last again I'll be happy. Lots of straights so it should be a little closer. And can we decide who has the fastest internet to host?
 
gatrs are we banning the use of areas outside the rumble strips? there are quite a few places where you can run the car extremely wide in order to get more speed.

Agreed, the turn right before the Mulsanne straight, you can take a really wide turn to keep up speed. I think we should keep the rules the same like we did at Monza. Two wheels must stay on the track at all times.
 
Agree with flyin.. Has anyone seen that most of the other racing series have started cancelling all their race til the bugs are fixed? It must be pretty bad. Kinda worried.
 
When has it ever been different? 4 laps are about all the tires last unless you use hards. But their terrible in terms of grip.

The rule is that two walls ALWAYS stay on track.
Anybody caught going outside the blue lines at Tetre Rouge two times will be greeted with a ten second penalty.

Hence why if there are any reports of glitches and/or unusual lag, no points will be awarded and this race will be done next week after the patch.



Important: Draft will be set to the lowest possible setting during practice/qualifying.
 
I only notice it start to mess up with 12 or more drivers. Last race, it started running smooth for me as soon as 4 people dropped. :/
 
Yeah same. The understeer was just so bizarre. Like there was a strong delay between my input on the wheel and the time it took the tires to respond.
 
things i notice with a full lobby are cars that bounce front and back, like u cant tell if you're gaining on them (happened a lot at monza). track disappearing (happened at suzuka) and of course the slowww lap times. perhaps GT5 could benefit from having dedicated servers, maybe one day.
 
Yep, noticed the cars surging also. I noticed some leagues do a quick race right before qualifying starts. I think this is to point/iron out any kind of bugs.
 
That's gonna have to wait...as expected I've been dragged off to go work on a damn Saturday -_- fml...
 
I think league racing is finally ruined....👍 good job PD!!!:banghead: I have to get away from my PS 3 before I throw the damn thing out of the window. :yuck:

If all this wasn't enough, I decided to still race, and got black screened...
 
Yes, I'm watching them lap right now, with the rest of the screen black. I am playing BF3 only from now on.
