Then, you must have been talking about the SLR that was racing that C-class. To me, I guess I consider that a semi-AMG car. The engine, while totally new, is a derivative of the supercharged V8s in the "55" cars, and was designed by AMG. Its built in the same place all of the AMG engines are built. So, if thats the car your talking about, I see what you mean. It doesn't say "AMG" anywhere in the name. But, its engine was designed by them, so to me its a semi-AMG car.

Ok, I watched again. Might you have been talking about the Vette racing the SL55 at around 3:30??? Either that, or it might have been the CLK a min or so before that. The one that flies by on the highway. Either of those the one???? Even if not, I think we've found quite a few non-AMG cars.

Well, unless your talking about some random car that was just flashing past the camera, or something like that, I don't know what your talking about. I've watched a few times now, and every scene has an AMG-based vehicle in it as far as I can see.

The one that does all those big burnouts at like "2:15" right before the scene with the SL racing the Vette???? Because, that IS an E55, a first year 1999 W210 chassis E55 to be exact. Its some form of modified Renntech, Brabus, or something, can't tell the badges on the back, but its an E55 based car. You can tell with the body work and tail lights. So, I still consider that an AMG car.
