An Issue to transfer GT PSP garage to GT5

here what happened:

1 start gt5 and go to option and select import garage
2 the screen "waiting for connection" appeared
3 psp turned on and plugged (auto usb off/wi-fi off)
4 GTPSP loaded
5 GTPSP -->Option-->transfer data

at this point an xmb message say me " an unknown usb device is connected"
then the transfer is automaticcaly aborted with a "connection failed" message on ps3 and "unable to connect usb" on psp.

the usb port is ok cause if i return on xmb, the system perfectly identify my psp. i tried a lot of time but no way to did it.


any suggestion?

I read that turning off Bluetooth may help.

I had the same problem, and was told that both GT PSP and GT5 discs have to be from the same region.

My GT PSP is the European Region 2 version, while my GT5 is the Asian Region 3 version.

Couldn't get proper verification online, but check your disc regions.

psp-1000 don't have bluetooth (i think) and the psp game is the same region of GT5 (Europe/italy).

Hi all,

Has anyone actually figured out a solution to this issue??

I've got a PSP-1000, with firmware 6.60 and still can't transfer any cars from my PSP to PS3.
