And i thought certain GTF members were bad...

I don't think we need to start running around banning people (not all of them, anyway). We just need to adhere to the AUP more closely.

Is it possible that this thready could be made sticky?

You need to not generalize so much. You'd be surprised how many people in here are younger and are mature. They also know what their talking about too. If there weren't people in here that were from 13-16 it'd be a safe bet that it would be really boring in here. Just because your a couple of years older, doesn't mean that you can automatically dis the younger people. :burnout:

Ironically, other than a few of the younger members who are honestly immature and uninformed, I think our biggest problems are older people who simply do not even attempt at showing any kind of sophistication or tact.
 
For now I think I am gonna call it quits here. Maybe when the new format GTP rolls around I might show my face again. This place just needs to cool down a bit. So many people here are baiters just looking for an arguement or looking to annoy someone just for fun. Harsher penalties should be imposed in order to bring peace back to the GTP again.

I only respect about 10 members here. The others are all crap to me. The rest are just jerks and post whores. That is my opinion. Grow up. I am half the age of a lot of the members here and yet, I still am more mature. It is sad when you "adults" say GTP is going to crap because of us kids. You guys are the biggest problem, not us. You're not all badass and cool just because you're older than me and others. Get over it.

I agree with Mustang-Man though. This place has gotten out of hand and it sucks. I browsed GTF once and I saw how rude people were to eachother. I use to come to GTPlanet everyday and I loved it. I now come whenever I have nothing to do. Why do I do that? I do that beause most of the memebers here act like mindless idiots who are just here for a higher post count.

I don't think that age has anything to do with it. As we have been shown, it is the maturity levels of individual members. Each person has a choice to act the way they do, and those actions will facilitate either a positive or negitive influence on the members here. I think we had it too easy back in the day, when everyone looked out for eachother and rude/obnoxious/pointless/stupid posts were looked down upon by all the members. For some reason, people think it's entertaining to waste the time/energy/bandwidth on those types of posts. When I first came here, I was a posting whore because I thought it made me something... :rolleyes:, but my piers showed me otherwise.

So please, if anyone notices posts out of the guidelines of the AUP, please let me or one of the other Mods what's going on, and we will handle it to the strictest extent of the powers that we have as moderators.

I am not Andrew, that is a nice try though.
Andrew has been living with me for the last month because he goes to college nearby. he showed me this place a long time ago. BTW, Andrew has been missing now for about a week and we have no idea where he is. If any of you hear anything from him please tell me right away.

The same writing style? A lot of people write tha same style. I would actually like to point out that I am proud that i am a better writer than Andrew.
I registered on July 31 because Andrew came up to my house to spend a couple days with me before he moved in for college and he came here using my computer. he showed me the site and i registered. i dont know what your trying to do here.
