I gave up after 30 mins with little progress and used a walkthrough.

It was fun anyhow. But I would have like to see the monster hiding in the box.

Got to the last bit and screwed up the timing. Can't be asked to do it again now that I know whats in the crate and I know what the rest will be.

but i'll give a hint:

start with the middle guy and his surroundings, and remember that timing is important, as many of the events are linked.

I didn't like this one. It takes too long, and the reward isn't worth it. The other one was a lot better. I figured it out, after a friend game me one big hint. The rest fell into place.

Could anyone just tell us what to do, I give up!!!

Start with the guy in the middle. Make the sign a green arrow, open the trap door and make him walk through. Put the sign back to red and give the guy a bomb by clicking on the box to his right. When the ! appears above his head, click the yellow arrow on the sign.
