I forgot my father, Trevor Scott, who is something of a celebrity to those that live here in the Riverland of South Australia, and also those who live in Darwin, or follow the country music scene here in Australia.

My 2nd uncle had some kind if Japanese software program company. Sold it when stocks were high, now has alot of money. Hes not really famous..

But we know the person that started Chicken by the Sea in souther California, he was a Japanese at the time of WWII, so he had to go to one of those camps. And some asshole took the buisness, and made millions if not billions.. He the original owner.. NOTHING! He got his **** tooken away.

Way down my family tree, there is this guy. I think that trumps Ceiling Fan, for older, but not more famous.

A few Canadians might know this place. That's down another branch of my family tree.

I'm related in some way to some Aussie boxer, apparently he is or was pretty good no idea.

My brothers room mate is Mel Gibson's nephew, they're all going over and staying in one of his many houses sometime this year i think.

If there was ever a bad time to admit that…

I've looked into it a little on the net and although I'm not sure, it would appear my ancestors took part in the "Battle of the Clans" in Perth, 1396.

History of the Davidson Clan

So who knows, also, I must surely somewhere along the line be related to this fella:

(Anthony Davidson, Honda F1 3rd Driver. We have the same chin..)

One of my old relatives died on the Titanic.

My Grandad was in World War II.

Here's the poster from that fight(misspelled both his first and last name). On the right is my brother.

I've never seen his hair like that ever, so I'm not sure what was going on there. :sly:

Haha. Someone said his name, and they wrote it down as Keiske. Good ol' Japanese pronounciation.

Anyway, Here's my list:

- My cousin Michael Robertson is NCAA Discus Champion. He's got a great future ahead of him.
- My aunt is a well-known acting intructor/director.
- My great great (however many generations ago) grandfather was granted some type of honorary military title in Palermo. I forget what the title is called.

The following don't really count, as far as blood is concerned, but,

- My uncle's godfather (or mother. I forget) is related to (cousins, I think.) Lidia Bastianich.
- Also, my grandfather's lifelong friend's wife has ties to Steven Spielberg.

My great great uncle or something invented the ferris wheel. My middle name is ferris after him, so yeah thats about it. I have ancestors that fought in the revolutionary war in kansas.

I have an uncle that use to be a politician in Hong Kong, and he was on TV on this talk show a couple of times.

Otherwise, none else that I know of.

Oh, and this doesn't really count, but my last name is Ng (Cantonese transliteration), but with Mandarine pronounciation, Ng would become Wu. Now that's realavent becuase as written in Chinese, my last name use to have their own little country.

My cousins in a band called Starky, they're apparently a little popular in Europe and some Aussies might have seen them on Rove Live a few months ago.

My dad has been interviewed on the Belgian national television a long time ago, if that counts :sly:

he's the guy with the blue jacket, and this was the 4x4 he had at the time of the interview:

(screencapture from the interview itself)

Back a few generations, I have a common ancestor with Quebec's last Prime Minister, Bernard Landry.... Don't know if that's the same with Ali though. :p

My kid brother is kind of, somewhat, semi-famous in the local ultimate fighting scene. He is a lightweight, but is undefeated(5-0 amateur, 3-0 pro).

In the link, it doen't have his third win on there, but he won by decision after the final round. That was the first fight of his me and my youngest brother went to see. I told him he will lose the first fight we'd go see. He didn't lose, but I think he told me that it took longer than last 4, 5 fights combined. :D

Wow. I'll try not to pXss you off. :D To be honest with you, I don't know much about UFC. It is mixed martial arts, yes.

I've been to only one of them(around 8 fights). Some of the fights were just wicked, like out of Bruce Lee movies. But anytime Jujitsu guys fought, they seemed to control the opponent on the floor(ground fighting?). I used to fight all the time when I was young, but I'm thankful none of the jerks knew jujitsu. :nervous:

Like I said, I've seen only few fights, but I'd highly recommend learning and practicing some Brazilian Jujitsu. If you participate in Ultimate Fighting, I don't think you'll get too far without it.

Yeah, My trainer is really into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, its very effective, I find myself using it alot in training. a good ol armbar can end a match quickly :) . I mix that with boxing (I used to be know as an "enforcer" in hockey :D ) and kickboxing as well.

My Great Great Uncle Invented that brake on the bike when you try to pedal backwards, you stop, he sold the patent to the person who took the credit.
