Anybody have any videos of of someone drifting in gt2 or 3? I think that if I see some drifting in the game that it could help me find what I could do better.

Check out the drifting video section on the main page, my movie is Opposite lock, and the best one there is Gran dorifto 2.

In GT2 there's a replay called Drifting among the other demonstrations.
 
bustwave, the super speedway drift was done by a front-wheel drive car, it's pretty simple. He used the Integra Type R. Though, the FD run is a really good, honest, FR drifting run.
 
man i think nightdrifter put the news of akina and his drifts in like at least three threads.... dang man... are you and akina the same dude... or just good friends...
 
impressive drifting on apricot.... you let your oversteer get the best of you on some turns... but i see y you did most of them... to initiate drift in the next corner... very impressive... cept for the slip right before the last turn when you powerslid out of hte chicane or short s turn thingee...
next time put your mph and revs... just so people know how fast you are going in and out of turns and your revs... i find it more impressive with these shown... shows you arent afraid and have faith in your skills... wont say anything bout the first vid...
 
will next time i will, hey we didnt plane to put the MHP because we're putting clips together but i decided to put the video itself, its good you guys like it, next time we'll do better, we're not the same person, and if i posted a lot, im sorry ok!!!!!!!!!!

SIMPLE? how just go at it?? 120 mph and e-brak the whole thing??
 
those apricott drifts were sloppy..like someone else said, all you gott do is hold the e-brake to FF drift the speedway :lol:
 
I'm impressed by anyone who can drift FR by any account... I can only drift my 86 a small degree on SSR5. But I can beat out pro AI in the GT championships by drifting in my ZZII because it's 4wd. (and 936hp...)
 
wait until after the judges are done watching and judging the pictures/videos. they will put a link so people can watch them. i can drift real well IMHO hehhe
 
bustwave. that drift on superspeedway was using a handbrake.. look @ the rear tires..

edit: i'm a little fishy for the FD drifting.. the sound of the engine doesn't seem right... seems to have WAY too much boost... and the RPM's just don't sound like a regular FD..
 
man if i put it in good quality, will you guys download a 30 MB video, because thats how big it is, and its gonna take me forever, cause i got 56K only, thats why i made it 3MB, you guys are lucky enough i posted on, i should of show any one, they be talking smack about it, i didnt say anything bad to you guys, i just wanna show what Akina_86 got because he always told me that he wants to prove it to you guys, thats all, im not here to hate and argue stuff, damn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I said the FD drift was excellent, and it was. It just didn't sound like any FD setup I've heard is all, and its probably because of the sound quality.
 
well the sound quality sucks, i know, sorry if i said stupid stuff, sometimes i just dont get it, but anyways i will get more, i dont know what people wants to see, FR, FF, MR, 4WD, any of those drift, i can send it here, cause i got it all but i want to know which is good to watch for you guys, because i want to show my techniques and Akina too, so i dont know!!!!!!!!!
 
No no... It's not the sound quality... IMO it sounds something plain different... The roar of the engine is too strange..its too..harsh.... i mean for cryin out loud the rx7 is a rotary.. they should have very smooth engine sounds.
I also agree, nice drifting
 
Pretty large drift with the Integra.
I'm not saying that Akina_86 is a bad drifter but he should put the time in his videos (RX-7 in Apricot Hill). You know what I mean:)
