Anyone catch the T2 race at the SCCA Run-Offs?

How about those last couple of laps or the Big Wreck? :eek: Now THAT'S quality road racing, folks. They should have a Run-Off every single Saturday and Sunday.

Yeah that roll was pretty bad. I got the whole race on recorded on tape but I guess the guy that won F500(the class that I am going to race cuz now I race karts) was DQ in the tech shed for machining marks on his cylinder walls which is not allowable in the class.
 
Well, so much for making a thread about this year's Runoffs. With some of the bang-em-up action, I'm surprised that didn't show up during the disclaimer for "WindTunnel with Dave Despain," since drama is more important than racing. But I saw that race and was pretty impressed.
 
Was this the one with the Caddy that was flipped?

Yeah, try to upload it, I missed it too! (PLEASE!!!) :D 👍 Form the sounds of it, it was a good race... Man, how could I miss it? The class I usually like to watch is AS (American Sedan), being as I like Camaros, but I watched the F500 race and one other...I can't remember which one though...
Anyway, please upload the video...anyone...👍
 
Quality road racing is knocking the crap out of each other with stupid moves? Hardly.... quality road racing was the Sandridge, Hines and Baker show at the end of the race. I don't consider quality driving off then tboning and flipping a competitor instead of bothering to come on course safely. Nor drop kicking in one, or a 4 corner pissing match. Lots of boneheaded moves and very little penalties unfortunetly. It was a story of some men behaving badly.

No, don't get me wrong, the punting was not quality racing, except from maybe a spectator's viewpoint. The close racing at the end was. There was some good clean passing there too. Either way, it beats the kind of boring top dog domination show you normally see during, say, an F1 race.

Hey, looks like my schedule just cleared up for this weekend! (That was a joke. I actually have no life. I was going to sit at home and rot in front of the TV anyway...👍 )
There should be some good racing this weekend. Can't wait! :)

No problem, I though you had meant the punting 'cause punting gets so many peeps rocks off. I think both has their place, personally I love F1 because you can't do that crap like you can in T2.

Well put! :D I haven't seen it yet, but I think I agree. Are the drivers okay? (I'll look online later, but a quick answer is all I'm asking for. :D )
 
Damn, the Runoffs are on during my piano lessons.:banghead:
 
Toby continued on and finished the race in 4th, Jordan was ok and cheering his dads efforts from the pits.
