Anyone else going to miss out on their birthday car because of the PSN outage

I missed out on a 1992 model. I wanted the R92RC From Nissan and now I am not going to get it. We should complain to PD until all of the people who had a birthday during the outage gets tickets. I came on today and I didn't get it. I am starting to really hate PS3.
 
We should all complain to PD, should we? Last I checked, it wasn't PD's fault for the outage, so man up and accept the loss of ticket...

Actually PD is PlayStation, so we CAN complain.
 
I am very lucky- my birthday is the 16th (tommorow) and my PSN came on today. Looks like they gave me an early present!

I tired to call them directly about the problem, but you can't get it by calling. E-Mail their support line with your problem and you will be good.
 
I was hatching a couple tickets last night and did 4-5 tries on each. If you back up your save before you open the ticket, you can quit and restore the save and try again. That can't be patched without disabling saves to USB.

Get this for bad luck.

My birthday was the 15th May and it came back on in the UK about 2:am on the 16th.

Really lucky I guess :)

Then report it to PSN about the missing of your ticket. You can get it back becasue Polyphony Digital is PlayStation. I did and I got mine back.
 
I'm soo freaking pissed, i thought that the game may have registered that i didn't recieve my bday ticket when psn came back up and gave it to me, but that didn't happen. When i signed in today i all i got was paint/museum tickets. I'm so freaking pissed that i missed a once in a year ticket.... >_>
 
I didn't get mine either but that wasn't because of the PSN blackout, that was back in January and for whatever reason, the game didn't gave me my ticket.
Anyway, I think there are bigger problem than a missing Bday ticket^^

Ummm, do you even have to be connected to PSN to get the ticket? I think I wasn't at the time. It just goes by the system date.

Your birthday is registered in your PSN account, not on your system. Therefore you have to logged on on your birthday to receive it.

You need to go to "Contact Us" and then when you see "PlayStation Support", click "E-Mail PlayStation Support." Be logged in and you can ask them for it. I can't give an E-Mail Address to them, oddly.
