Anyone else having freezing problems on startup

Hi im having huge problems with freezing on startup, just bought all the dlc availiable too and when i try ti install it just freezes, is this happening to anyone else?

The disc is perfect, the playstation works fine with any other gane i have.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Not in start up but in online, where the loading bar stops at 50%
But worst is when you're host and the game locks when loading your car list..
