Or GT Arena Forums?
I know there's a bunch of GTPlaneteers that live in the latter - I visit there sometimes though not a member.
Not so sure about the former.

There's a gta section here on GTPlanet you know.
I don't use GTAForums but I'm planning on creating a GTAForums account as soon as I get my PS4 and a copy of GTA V on PS4.
