Yeah, that is a point. Why do we need another Beetle? I mean.. who would want to race in that thing.. (Except the 70 year olds who play this game just to do time trials..)

I'd say, Make the cars like the Supra or the skyline premiums. The cars that are actually FUN to drive.

It was very FUN flying past vettes and s2000 online in the fully tuned beetle. Considering how it takes 10 secs to get to 60 mph off the starting line because of the giant turbo lag, it makes it even more fun. Oh and im way off to even half way to 70.
And the Jag is awesome. I've put around 500 miles on it already. Modellig a 3d car model has nothing to do with lines of code or whatever, and takes quite a while to make it. If it would be as easy as changing a code, we wouldn't have any standards in the first place.

And I'm not getting the DLC, I'm not spending money on it because I have more important things than video games to spend it on.

The only thing a 13yr old has important things to spend money on is cream for the pits in his face, and a hoodie for recreational vandalism & the occasional riot.

As right as you feel your opinion is, you should not treat it as fact.

Now while I am 38 (and not 70), the 66 Bug is well received by people for various reasons. Personally speaking, since I actually owned one when I was younger, the 66 Bug is by far one of the best cars in GT5. Not everything needs to go 200 mph to be considered "fun".

I love the bug, especially the way it sounds after you've changed the intakes and put a semi-race exhaust on, and the fact you can take the bumpers off and still have the little brackets sticking out as is you've just had the spanners on the wife's motor. And the Jag just looks awesome, you also get a "Silk Cat Purple" paint chip, this the only paint chip you get from a race car? It comes without a name in the paints list, but we know what colour it is. I on't get how people moan about not having premium cars, then still complain when they get them, just enjoy the game.

You also get a paint chip from the 20 million cr. Ford but that one is named Mark IV Red. The XJR-9 is the only car I have driven out of the DLC cars but it alone was worth some of the price (and the rest of the cars will be worth the rest of it).

The Beetle and Jag were indeed needless and a waste of money.

That jag runs sub-minute laps around the top gear test track and is alot better than the standard from my experience, and i used the beetle to gold one of the 500pp seasonals. besides, put a spoiler on it and you finally have that porsche you keep asking for.
