APEX guide with Collector`s Edition

Is it worthy to reserve the Collectors Editiom just for this guide?

Does anyone know the content of the guide?

It is 20 € more expensive.

Does anyone know if the Apex guide will be translated into different european languages in different European countries or will be sold only in English in all of them?
