Perhaps, but I think it's probably possible. I did a few laps earlier and I was in the 43s before too long. So, with some further refinement I might be able to eke some time out - as persistent practice usually does.

That's what usually happens anyway.

But god I hate the Nürburgring GP tracks, especially with the mid corner understeer this car has.

True to type I came on today and after around 20 minutes did a 1:43.523.

Had a couple of small errors so another tenth or two to find for that 'magic' lap.

You don't need to do that, just put around 1 or 2 litres in at your pitstop and you'll be fine......
