Changing from 4PM GMT to 3PM GMT

  • I have no problem with it, 3PM GMT is fine for me.

Did you say something about us being able to use rain tyres now in the lobby? Or am I just imagining things.... :dunce:

Can't wait for Spa. My 2nd favourite track in the game (well unless you count all the different variations of Le Mans as separate :indiff:) hopefully I'll be able to improve on my current (sub-standard) form. :sick:

I also just feel like re-using the FMSC pictures from Spa and Nurb GP (though that was the full GP circuit). I kind of feel like I won't be able to outdo them. Sorry if you don't recognize yourself in any of the pictures from now on. :lol:

I hope that's a joke. Not any more funny than using SH's.

Edit: A decision about rain before Sunday would be great, because if it's going to be another Suzuka I won't even bother getting up at 8am to race.

I think either just allowing rain tyres (or turning off rain) or keeping SH only would be better. The CS are only good for up to about 60% water which isn't significantly better than SH so the races would be even more mixed up. :indiff:

Honestly think my winning days are over now that we have R1600, Litchi, Brando and Longbow. :(

I'm pretty sure comfort tires are way superior in rain, but unfortunately I have no idea if harder tires work better than softer.

I believe in you ;) At least you've been up there in laptimes so shouldn't be impossible to snatch a victory.

I suppose, been having some poor luck recently so if that turns I should be able to nab a few podiums at least. :indiff:

Need to eliminate the mistakes first though. :sick:
 
Yeah you've had some unfortunate events in the races so far.. Usually get in to some messy things in the early laps.. I have even been near or past you in most races.. that shouldn't happen. :P

Could do with getting a clean getaway and not losing places- keep being too hesitant and others just dive in. :irked:

Anyway, I like Spa so hopefully I'll bag a podium. :trouble:

Reg change: sports hard tyres and racing rains are now permitted. Racing intermediates are still banned. This mesns you have to purchase a set of racing compound tyres to have access to racing rains.

SH in the rain was fun, but it meant the race lasted over an hour which only narrowly avoided me having to go for dinner. :scared:

EDIT: Any idea of Spa lap times?

Got down to a 2:45.7xx with 20 minutes. But that was pretty sloppy so 2:44s should be good. 👍

However I'm burning through tyres and fuel. :scared:

EDIT: Got down to a 2:45.4 with .4 to find in the last sector and .2 in the first.

These are like qualifying tyres.

One out lap, one fast lap, one in lap.
 
I'm back, I'm a bit sick today so I have no clue how I will do tomorrow. I will be racing though 👍
