Playing in 1080p HD with a Sony Bravia and seriously, the headlights barely shows on the car in front of you when you are tailgating.

I wasn't going to mention it but... you can put the hand brake on and it keeps the car in "park", "son".

Turn your ambient sensor and all that hoo-ha off. Makes a big difference when gaming and set the tv to your desired settings.
Then tell me you can't see, maybe it's personal preference but the night racing is perfect. Especially when it goes pitch black on the Nurburgring.

I don't agree that "GT6" (in whatever form that takes, assumedly on the PS3) will cost more to make. GT5's chassis is sturdy and versatile enough that only the bodywork needs upgrading ;)

Yup, the physics are great, the game-engine is OK, but they can just make it better instead of making one from scratch. And all the Premium models can be used.

This is a fair and logical assumption. I only have 2 problems with this assumption. First is that the word logical currently seems to be far beyond the comprehension of any of the PD team. Second is that kaz is already throwing words like open world and sandbox around. :scared:

If it is open world, then it has to be another game with a different a title.

I feel my posts and points were well within the discussed topic of the thread.

Unfortunately, that's the whole problem. The topic of the thread is so broad that it leads to a duplication of discussion. We already have topics on what's wrong with GT5, what should be fixed, what should be in GT6 and etcetera. Which leaves this topic mostly redundant.

I was going to leave it open just until the update, but even though the discussion is currently very cordial (thank you all for that), there's not much point in having it continue further.

Sorry.
