Are some members, you know.... slow?

Wow, thought this would have been locked due to my ignorance. Hahaha

Some good comments and some humorous ones, it's ironic when I read what I wrote that I could of worded the OP better.

My point was or still is do some people act before thinking or complain about things that have a merit of common sense associated with it.

You could define a stupid/foolish/slow person as someone who doesnt know somthing that you have just found out.

To your original point, people seem to forget we have 2 ears a brain between and 1 mouth.
We hear somthing, our brain processes the information then we respond. Some people just get the order mixed up.

Close enough; good definition, but in contrast here is the definition of stupidity from Wikipedia:

Probably depends on the circumstances. If somebody is insulted or is in a bad mood, they will act before thinking.

I guess that it's not all about intellegence but also about mood and emotions what decides how certain people react.

Also the subject of discussion can cause people to react without thinking through their respons.

And..... don't forget booze! :D

That could be really annoying if someone is really slow. They could be typing a reply and when they go to submit it, locked.:dopey:

You would have to be a one finger typist in order to be typing a reply and when you hit the Submit Reply button the thread closes. Luckily I can type at 100+ wpm :crazy: .
 
Are some members 'slow'? Possibly, probably, most however seem to be able to create threads in the appropriate parts of this forum regardless.
 
Nah, they aren't slow! Remember they can out accelerate anybody cause they know how!

The OP is asking if people are slow in the terms of understanding things AKA are some members stupid but I'm guessing you knew that :) .

I caught that. 💡

I have been labeled once or twice as being less than bright. But, I have taken my IQ test. Found out I'm smarter than mayonnaise.

Yeah, the condiments and I have been a battle of wits for some time now. I know now that I have the mayo beat. Now, I have to prove it to the french mustard. He's an arrogant 🤬
