Are the interiors for all Super GT type cars different?

For example: I have the arta nsx but would
Like to also buy the takata dome nsx. But it would be a waste for me if the interior or feel of the car were the same. Thanks! ^_^

Nope. They all have different cockpits. But the variants for the same model (e.g. Xanavi GT-R and YellowHat GT-R) has the same cockpit. Disregard for standards, though.

I have both the Xanavi GT-R and Clarion/Woodone GT-R and the cockpits are different. Only slight stuff like where the fan is and a few other bits and pieces but definitely different. :-)

Thanks so far for your input! How about the driving characteristics?

Super GT like any series that's homologated by a sanctioning body (in this case JAF- Japanese Automotive Federation), the cars have uniform performance. Of course, that doesn't mean the driving characteristic of all the SC430, GTR and NSX are the same.

I've only started to purchase all the Premium Super GT (and JGTC) cars. The most obvious difference is between the Team Petronas Tom's SC430 and the rest of the SC430s- Team Denso and Team Eneos. Tom's SC430 feels so much better in term of handling.

With the GTRs, the difference is not as noticeable although the two Nismo Works teams/cars- Motul Autech and Xanavi Nismo just feel slightly better than the Calsonic's and the Woodone Advan's GTRs.

Of course, this could be just my head ****ing with me. I'll try and do a couple of quick test to see if this is really the case.

I've only got the Petronas thus far, and it is a beast. Absolutely adore it, the paint is just icing.

One thing I am curious to know however, is if all of the SC430's share the same cockpit? I've found with the TPT430 visibility drops right off outside of the windshield... a flaw in my mind. If we had seat adjustability, it wouldn't be as bad. My depth perception is slowly getting better & better, but I would still prefer to see at the very least the center of the hood. It really does help to judge where the front is going in relation to the steering wheel.

The different models have very individual handling characteristics: NSX's are fairly tail happy but not too hard to catch, the Toyota's/Lexus are fairly stable but seem to be a lot slower than the others and the Nissan's are well planted and quite fast. Very easy to drive. :-)

in terms of the GTR's. The Yellowhat,Xanavi, and calsonic are pretty even in terms of handling.. stock they come with understeer......

the Woodone Advan Clarion oversteers.....

I think that it has something to do with the weight balance in all the cars....i havent checked though so could someone tell me if the weight balance is the same in all the GTR's.....i have a feeling that that Yellowhat,Xanavi, and Calsonic are forward biased....but the woodone advan clarion is rear biased weight balance.(hence the oversteer)

How about for the Lexus's

and the NSX's

that might be what dictates the handling within the same Make of Car.

^^^The Denso, Petronas, and Eneos SC430s have the same interior, the Bandai's is different, not sure if it helps with your problem though.

The Petronas Toms's along with all the other SC430 do have a reduced visibility: in that it is hard to see the road underneath. I found that it bothers me at first but after awhile it's hardly an issue (especially when compared to the A-pillar/rollcage issue with the GT300's Amemiya Asparadrink RX-7). Have you tired using the zoom option although I would only do that if you're lucky enough to have a triple screen setup with GT5.

There are a few differences mostly has to do with the button assignment on the steering wheel and control panels (on each car). I believe the Tom's SC430 is the only one that has a centre brace for the windshield that sits parallel with the wiper.

Thank you kindly folks :)

As I said, I am slowly getting adjusted to it but its still a pain. I'll give the Bandai a shot though 👍
