Argh, how do you get that rooftop jump south of the Malibu?

The one that's a double jump... you gotta jump onto the roof, then do 2 more ramps... tried it a million times... either I miss the ramp, or I'm going too slow...

Any advice?

Thanks.

If you are talking about the little series across the street from the police station (to the east--where you start PCJ playground)

Thats not a unique stunt-- just skip it.

Spuds.

Gotcha... yeah, looking at the map, it looks like it's the one up-top, but it's really the steps just east of it, in the alley, I'm assuming.

But I can't get that one to register (I just read that you had problems with it too)... I've tried both jumping on to the next building, and not, and it doesn't want to register.

If you are talking about the first set of steps (the one where you protect Diaz from in one of the early missions) Then just go up by the road to the north. If I remember correctly there is a curb or something that will mess you up if you try to go over it. Start your run just south of this. Use the PCJ and the trick where you push your left joystick forward a little so he leans down behind the windshield and just gun it--I believe you need to land in the alley for that one.

If its the stairs that lance goes up on in the same mission that you approach from the west use the same speed trick--I think you just need to land past the trees by the police station.

The one I had problems with was the second set of stairs farther south in the alley. You need alot of speed and have to angle it a bit to the right as you hit it, because I'm pretty sure you need to land on the roof for that one.

The only other one I had trouble with is the one by the Malibu--The easy way to hit that one is to get a fast car. Go north of the malibu a few blocks and gun it. As you approach the hard 90 turn ease up on the sidwalk on your left and get real close to the wall--the wall will turn you and aim you right at the ramp with very little loss of speed--you might hit traffic going by though--should register no problem.

Sorry this is a little long winded.

If you are unsure which jumps you have not registered--you might want to start a new game and hit them all over again. If you need help getting to the 2nd island early--pm and I'll tell you how to get there ez.

SPuds

Alright, thanks for the help :) (It's the one that Tommy stands on... I got the Lance one)

I'll give those a try again.

Nope, I know which ones I've gotten... I've gotten 22 of 36... and I marked them off on a map.

Oh, another hard one... I'm still trying to figure out how to get on the roof at the end of PCJ Playground... I see the stairs I'm supposed to jump, but can't quite get to the roof yet... don't give me any hints on that one yet though.

Only two left... the one right by the Malibu, and the one in Avery's construction area.

The Malibu one... wtf... I'm hitting it crazy fast... landing like a foot before the buildings on the other side, and it still won't register...

Using Spuds method on that one...

Argh...

And I'm not sure which ramp I use for the Avery one... ?

None, if you mean the one inside the construction site, it's the long red beam to the right when you finish going up the last set of planks, just go full blast on the beam and watch out for one of the buildings down below, it's pretty easy to smash into it. Of course you'll need a bike, Sanchez or PCJ 600, your pick. :)

The I-Beam pointing to the northwest--I think you just have to get across the road--I don't think this one is hard to register (just make it off the end of the beam).
