hellp iv started drifting, and im reely hooked on to it. but i cant seem to sustain the drift long enough. i need some tips on how to do this pleas. kami....

They ARE right though (I strongly suspect they are ALL different people). The AUP and ToS of the site encourages good use of English by those members who use it as a first language. The site is frequented by a lot of non-English speakers who are having to translate what they read - it's tough enough without having to transcribe as well.

Nightkids4ever, relax for a second. The Net Nazi is not litterally a Nazi. You are not getting yellled at, you are rather getting words of advice of how you can be a better member by not just posting smilies.

Can you also explain to me what you mean by just possting a smilie while your at it too? ( I'm still new here.)

huh......sorry what do u meen by'stickies' ???? iv only just joined and i just wanted to know how to sustain a long drift. e.g the first corner of 'apricot hill' i just cant keep drifting , i either slow too much , or the drift gets cut off mid way. help... and as for tappin the hand brake that totally screws it up as im runnin sims.

A "sticky" thread is one which has been "stuck" to the top of the forum, so it is permanently there for new users. They'll all have "Read This" written in red in front of them.

I wasn't specifically talking to you, no. But consider this. There are many, MANY non-English speakers on this site - do you think abbreviated words are easier or harder for them to read?

As a wise man once said, "if you can't be bothered to type it properly, I can't be bothered to read it". If what you have to say is so important you have to type it, why not type it so all can read it?

hey kamikazefly try seeing what the drift bible thing is i think its a vid teaching u how to drift but i have 56k so i cant dl a 100mb thing....hope it helps
