As Interior view will not be in all cars, would you like to have a bonnet view?

Would you like to see a proper hood cam, just in front of the windscreen?

I'll be using the bumper cam for all cars, premium or not.

I find the in-car view looks ridiculous for the same reason I found the in-car view ridiculous in Forza3. The steering wheel doesn't move anywhere near enough. The car looks like it's yawing independently of the front wheels, and skid/slide-recovery in some of these videos looks stupid from in-car.

Maybe if I could turn the steering wheel off I'd use it, if I have one in my hands I don't really need one, but it's such a distraction. I don't see how they couldn't have animated crossing of hands so the wheel can actually be turned a realistic amount.

I might have used a bonnet camera.

hood view?I think it is. WTF? I thought there wasn't one?

Hi all, this was going to be my first Gran Turismo game, and I was also very hyped about this game. My plan was to buy it the first day, but because there wont be a proper hoodview or not at all I'm not going to buy it the first day. Maybe later or when the price is dropped half.

I just really really don't understand why this guy does not implement this feature in the game, if I want to buy a racing game and I play it I want to make tight laptimes, then a hoodview is a must.

I am sorry I post this but I am really disappointed and I don't even have the game yet.

no hoodview, no proper side drive handling even for European cars (Peugeot, Fiat, Renault...with right dashboard!!!) after 5 years!... I think I will wait the bargain bin to by it and a PS3 at 200$... far from the "messiah" of all car sims they said it would be...

Those two omissions aren't enough to destroy all the positive aspects still present in the game. I've been following these forums closely for about a week now and seen a startling amount of flaws being pointed out, due to the slightly more hardcore community. That said, it's nothing compared to how much awesome footage I've seen and how much fantastic news I've heard, this game is going to bring the simulation genre to it's knees.
