As Interior view will not be in all cars, would you like to have a bonnet view?

Would you like to see a proper hood cam, just in front of the windscreen?

Kazunori Yamauchi maybe implied, lol, that the interior view in the standard cars are not modelled, i think a great substitute would be to have a view just in front of the wind screen and on the hood of the car. This would be easy to implement as naturally the hood is already modelled.
What do you think? Please Kaz!

Well, given that 100% of the cars have the exterior modelled, and we have seen videos of bonnet/hood views already, it's fair to say that 100% of the cars will have a bonnet/hood view anyway. That's the main view I'm bothered about anyway, closely followed by bumber cam.

I'd like them to throw the 800 standard cars out the window, thats what I want! Screw 'em.

Yes, I'm pissed, and I really think I have the right to be...

Probably 300 bonnet views completed lol.
He did say about having the psp blacked out window option.

No he hasn't, this is incorrect and this thread should be locked.

So why do you believe you have the so called "right"?

LOL, easy tiger, he did say that there are no interior view in the standard cars and the black out frame was a possibility, he even referred to GT PSP which dont have interiors. Does anyone have links to a video where there is a hood cam?

So in essence its really starting to be true that GT5 will only have 200 cars, the rest is GT4 upgraded. Judging by how long they said it took to do each car its really no suprise. If we are lucky we might get that black frame thing you saw in GT-PSP.

Robin.

Where exactly did he say 'there are no interior view in the standard cars' with clear reference to meaning the cockpit and not under the hood?

Um...guys...there is no information that says that Standard cars won't have cockpit view. The recent interview was vague and said nothing directly about the matter.

Simulator without cockpit view? No, I'm having a very very hard time swallowing that.
If nine out of ten cars had cockpit I'd get it immediately but one of out five? No, that's not acceptable for me.
3D, Day/night cycle, on/off lights, reverse lights, NASCAR and WRC vs cockpit view? I would still take cockpit view over any or all of them. I would even go as far as saying that I'd prefer GT5 without damage if I had cockpit view.

Monday, excited as heck.
Tuesday, exciting as h*ll.
Wednesday, "I thought damage would be the only thing separating Premium from Standard?"
Thursday, "I can't believe I'm having thoughts about not purchasing Gran Turismo 5 after having waited for this long."
Friday, ???.

It's sad having to wait for this long just to get this kind of news, just sad.

In that case, it would be technically possible. ^KY #Honda #E3

By blackframe, I meant same as in PSP (re: cockpit view) ^KY #Honda #E3

Regarding interior view...do you mean you would want a black frame interior view? ^KY #Honda #E3

Regarding people asking if interior view will be present in standard models... pretty clear if you ask me.

The problem all stems from what 'exact' means, will it be wonky or belong to another car or something?

Robin.

He did not even answer it.
Someone asked him about the blackened out cockpit in GTpsp and he just explained it and said it was possible but he did not say that GT5 will not have a cockpit nor blackened interiors like the psp.

Guess we have to wait until we see a standard car and go on from there. :)

Honestly, i don't even care any more, i just want the game in my system.

If your a sim racer you should be choosing the bonnet view or hoping the premium cars have a movable seat as the current cockpit view is too far back to be considered realistic.

You cant make assumptions because:

A . You don't know what question was asked.
B. You don't know that those three replies are even related.

Conclusion: twitter sucks.

I do not understand why people feel the need to threaten not purchasing a video game.👎

nope dude you just make this up, read all quotes from him (all 3 sentences) and find me where he said that.

Oh lord, Cockpit view HAS been confirmed for all cars. Check the New Interview from MeriStation Explains Difference between Standard and Premium Tread. The only difference is the amount of detail.
