Your engine strength would need to be at least 50.

I got 76.

So a -50 Nitrous kit and a -30 (once I get more ST parts) FI kit and I'd be all good.

Where as I have to wait another hour and 50 minutes to be able to log in.

I have a ST of 77, if I buy the rest of the parts which add ST, I should have an ST of 90.

Which would allow me to buy a 200hp Nitrous Kit (-50 ST) and a 90 Hp Large Turbo (-40). Which would equate to a total 290Hp boost .

But that would mean about $60,000 woth of boost, which is a lot, and will take ages..
