They use Forza Horizon models so are against RD ToS. It was inevitable they'd be removed, and the modders must have known it. I guess they get in the shop window for a few hours so it must be worth their while.

Looks like they used a 720s model and put the 650s cockpit inside. Side mirrors are flipped, no working wipers, ...

Hi. Looking for some help on lights for police cars please, I use them as traffic AI, but Is there a way to have the ones that have roof lights on to flash all time.
Depends how the lights on the roof are binded in ext_config.ini. Instead of binding them to e.g. Extra_A you can bind them to headlights and force AI to enable the headlights.
 
I'd like to add a 2021 Super GT NSX to my grid, but there seem to be a few models out there. Does anyone know how each of these compare? I think the best matches are the GTPlanet NSX GT3 Evo 2020, and the ERleague NSX.
Just wait a bit, URD is working on the 2020/2021 Super GT GT500 cars. They goona release the NSX, Supra and GT-R.

As i heard even the Toyota GR Supra GT300.

Than throw some GT3/GT300 into the grid and you will have a perfect Super GT Series.

Hi all, anyone knows how to talk directly with Reboot Team? They converted Sebring from rF2, so I presume they know how to decrypt official s397 DLC and I would like to ask them informations about this because I'm interested in some physics files of the official cars.

Perfecto! This is one of the nicest small cars for AC I've ever driven. The physics seem uniquely suited to its size and power. Feels just right right out of the box. Fast, too! It's an FIA Group 4 car, but it's laptimes are as good as some GT3 cars. I wonder if the real-world A110 is as good as this. If not, Alpine needs to download this mod and learn from it. A gem!

I have a questions to the car modder.
In some cars I feel almost nothing of road noise. I could increase in FFB the road noise, but I prefer to set it for all cars at same.
In which file and where will be defined the feeling of road noise? For example the Volvo 850 T nice done, but almost no feeling in the wheel.

Thanks for this list by the way. A wonderful resource for when I get into AC modding, considering how there seemed to be good aggregate resources for cars, but not tracks.

Nice one!
As the car use the Lotus 49 tyres - tyre textures from here works perfect.
Driver head looks throu roof when you view from cockpit. And cockpit and car body needs more correct AO, maybe PBR too, I think.

I don't know if this was solved since request in september. I had the same problem and my quick and dirty Solution was to disable the following section within the f_porsche_991gt3rs_2019_v5\extension\ext_config.ini:

It used to work before CSP 0.1.76 released as a free version. Now it simply doesn't go anymore, so to say. It loads in perfectly, but it doesn't get off the line. I would be very thankful if someone could take a look at it.

And a big thank you to everyone on here! I love seeing how the modding community is keeping Assetto alive after so many years.

Try loading the game with the vanilla Kunos launcher (not CM). Check to make sure the shifter is assigned and working. Check to make sure the throttle is assigned and working. Off you go.

Edit: Of course, this 'fix' only works if none of your mods gets off the line. As suggested, if your 'older' mod is the only one that acts like it's tied to a post, then look inside the data.acd for salvation.

Welll you could at least paste the car files to take a look at lol

My initial guess if the car loads but doesn't drive off the line has to be something with the tyres.ini

Here's a Wetransfer with the entire car. I didn't know whether it was alright to post it all on here.

Regarding the throttle and shifter, I use a controller to drive. The input works when I accelerate, but, instead of revving the engine, the car just spools its turbo a bit, which isn't enough for it to get going.

We got this awesome Suzuki Cappucino Tuned By Mamasao Works from a fan a while back. We have driven it a few times and could not get enough of driving it on various Legendary Initial D Touges.

Hi,

once again i have a request to the AI specialist here :dopey:. Bannochbrae is a trully well made conversion. Unfortunately the AI takes this sign here much to serious:


In that condition the track is not suitable for racing against the AI which is loosing about 2 seconds here, which truly is a shame. I wonder if there was already attempts to improve the AI lines here ? I mean the track fully deserves it.
