Apart from Peter, they had proper nicknames in the '70s with guys like Ron "Chopper" Harris and (look away now, Famine) Norman "Bites yer legs" Hunter.
 
It's not Peter Bonetti, but like many players of the age, this keeper ended his career in the formerly lucrative NASL, where his nickname was also 'the cat'.

Neither is it Corrigan nor Clemence.

I think it is Kevin Keenan as Liquid said his name sounded like something english..so it looks like you were right dhandeh!
 
You're all scalding hot, but it's not Keenan and Kevin Keegan certainly was not the first man to save a penalty at Wembley.
