do u believe this should be stuck in the photoshop section.

1st: plain
2nd: bit to much use of the blurring tool
and i dont think the background on the real box would be black...it would be all couloured in some way. Other than that......good

Thanks, I'm going to try and get used to using photoshop so I'll get some better ones done soon.

Here's a GT4 box logo - from the one with the Subaru Legacy on the cover. I've already chopped it so it's got a transparent background - you can just float it on over anything. You may need to use the "transform" function to alter the size and angle of it (Ctrl + T) in your image though.

awell the first one couldn't be it because, why in the hell would they feature a concept car for the cover, the second car is ugly, the third one is kind of mediocre, and the last one looks like a bridgestone advertizement

Even though it's an unlikely car on the cover it's still very good as are the other two I think your on about (The other two on page 1), if you think you can do better go for it.

Here is my contribution, I especially like the play on real world elements like incorporating the number "4" so it looks like it was painted on the road.

Nah, that doesn't work. The "4" is to hidden. Remember, "Mommies" are going to be in the stores buying this game for "Jr." so the cover has to be more "Idiot Proof."

I like the pic though, the angle looks great, but use a different car.

hey Drifster, why dont you have a go and show us some of your ideas.

Heres another one I've just done. I've included all the little details (the Polyphony loga, sony logo and rating thing) for the first time, it did'nt taker as long as I though it would.

What's that small square in the bottom left hand corner? I've seen that on other PAL games. Is that the price in Euros maybe?

Thats the ELSPA rating, it's a recommended minimum age, not an age limit.

It's the ELSPA rating - it's rated at 3+, meaning it's suitable for all (all who can pick up a controller).

Echo! Echo! Echo! Echo!

So 3+ means the game is suitable for ages 3 and up. A three year old playing video games?

Looks like ELSPA is the European equivilant of ESRB ratings.

would be the same as
