Attempted to go Premium via Paypal -- No Access?

I attempted to sign up for Premiun via PayPal this evening, but I receive an error message stating that my account did not have access to that page. Is this a known issue?

PayPal is now the only means of paying for premium, correct?

That's quite true, because I remember Jordan mentioning the fact that the 'postbox' he had was unproductive, and was losing money. I think only one member signed up using that method.

Ben is correct, Paypal is currently the only method I am accepting.
