Since you've tried being nice to them and nothing has worked just talk to the local authorities and they get ticketed and towed.Simple as that.

"There isn't always a car in this spot

but when there is, I violate it in ways man can not begin to imagine"

Warning to violators:

I wouldn't use something offensive or mean. If they get mad at you, they might decide to key your car or something when you park there.

That said; "Some say that he is self-centered b******, and that, all of his cars will get keyed, sometime in the future. All we know is, he owns a [insert car name here]. :D" (<--- don't forget smiley face!)

Superglue a womans pleasure device to the bonnet(hood) and then cover it in lubricant. Laugh your ass off when they try to remove it by pulling.

Don't just laugh. Film it and post the link here!

+1.

The best way is just to put up standardized signs saying "park at your own risk, your vehicle will be towed" etc. Then just follow through on it. Some people think you won't do it, but if you actually go ahead and do it, they won't come back.

First day-Warn them again, saying not to park there again.
Second Day-Say last warning, or you'll be paying for some new tires.
Third Day-Place a wooden board with nails driven in so they stick out. keep it there until you get your own car.
Fourth Day-Find there car and post a note saying don't say I didn't warn you.

That is win.... "What car is this? I've never seen this emblem before."

Dickmobile?

Get two small pieces of wood, hammer a load of nails into them and place each one under the front wheels. That way you catch him in your spot and tell him your thoughts, plus its your rented parking spot so your within your rights to put what you want in there i.e. the nails.

My Dad lines my driveway with nails to keep people from going off and driving on the lawn.
Just felt I needed to share that.

Leaving loose nails may seem like a good idea, but should any of those nails "move" and cause damage to another car, you'd be liable for any damages. I don't know about the law where you are, but I assume most countries legal systems will have a similar point of view on it.

He would rather have to buy new tires than have someone drive on the lawn.

I'm not sure what to say about that.

When he parks there, hide a board with nails just behind the front wheels so that when he reverses to go out his front tires go boom.

Thinking towards the future, when you get your car and the knob is still using your parking spot, block the person in. That will force him/her to knock on your door or wait where you can calmly explain how you paid money to have that parking spot and such or you can just say "Cool Story Bro" 👍

Thanks for the suggestions guys.

And Gil  !

I'll post up what I come up with on monday, and then the acid test begins. If this fails, I'll try find the building super as the wise heads suggest.

So, which of my ideas did you like best?
I'm partial to the valvestem/compressor one myself....

Heh. So, after re-constituting my empty moving boxes (perhaps 3'x3'x2.5') and stacking them in the parking space up against the wall and taping up a sign saying:

"DO NOT PARK HERE (unless you are me)"
and in very small text at the bottom "Please respect my property"

I seem to have gotten the message across (touch wood). I've done some random spot checks of the parking slot and no evidence of trespassers 👍

Next step would have been random flat tyres *whistles*

I would go with the removal of the valve stems in the tires. Simply because its the easiest, non controversial way of handling it. Worst comes to worst he either gets a spare or has to refill however many tires you deflate. But if your current idea works then stick with it.

Passive Agression Run Wild!

Guys, leaving notes is for people who can't deal with direct confrontation. Don't be PA, be PO'd.

Next time you see the guy park tell them to move their ****.

I would remove the valve stem cores. :D Actions speak louder...
Then have it towed.
