It's incredible how close GT5 is from this. Sure this one is a lot better if you consider reflections, anti-aliasing and the sort but I'm amazed how close GT5 is to a pre-rendered job.

The jaggies look like they come from video compression, i could imagine that the render was made in a totally different resolution and its YouTube after all.
Nope sorry. This one can't be from GT5. Unfortunately you'll need to take my word for it. I can't really prove it. You need some practicing. If you've seen enough CG you can tell when it's pre-rendered or not.

WoW! that's what i call futuristic games. I don't think we are too far from reaching this type of graphics. Maybe Gran Turismo 7 will look like this...
I sure the PS3 can render those graphics. You've got to remember that GT5 has to leave processing power for the AI, physics, weather etc. That Audi render has mainly used the processing power for graphics. If you to use all power available on the PS3, then you should be able to generate that image.
