Australian Honda NSX championship

In terms of the championship i am going to talk to aussiestig about it being either drivers,team or both in terms of points.

Yeah I'd love that (not the real midjet here), it gives you someone to work with. Also, it'll give some people a reason to not give up. If I'm coming 9th and I'm a few laps down on the leader, I'd probably just leave the lobby, but with a team championship, those extra 2 points could win the championship. I remember back in 2007, Jamie Whincup lost the v8 supercar championship by 2 points so it could end up like that.
But I doubt it, I expect that midjet guy and his stig friend to clean up

Yeah yeah beast. Oh well, don't care if I don't win, as long as it's good, tight, clean racing and I'll be happy. Sick of just having midjet as competition in races, that's why we created this.

All Australians so I highly doubt it. I don't even have any problem when doing NASCAR races with people in USA and europe. You have a dodgey connection though don't you?

not anymore but my mate waynz only has a 1500 connection as i have an 8000. ADSL 1 kinda sucks.

It was a joke? I do rate the competition, but do you ever see someone posting laps 3 seconds slower than the rest win the race? No.

I have not seen anyone posting times for anything but Tsukuba and no-one (I have seen) is that far off the pace...

No one is 3 seconds slower, I was just making a point that if someone was, I highly doubt they'd win.

Fair point! Although, we could all crash and burn in a cloud of smoke and fire... ;) Then, there may be someone doing the "slow and steady wins the race" approach who just needs to finish to win... :)

Also a fair point, but sadly there is no fire in this game :guilty:
 
This reminds me, for those that I've never spoken to on PSN before can I grab your age so I don't find out in a weeks time that I've got 10 11 year olds in the championship who think they can race, but they go for an overtake at every corner.

well im 24 and my mate waynz is 24 as well. but the mental age of 5.
 
I'm 23, male Engineering, Economics & Finance student at Uni (final year) and have real racing experience also and hold clean drivers in the highest regard irrespective of pace. So I think you know enough now anyway... ;)
Also, as a result of the Uni study I may or may not be able to make all races although racing is my life both on and off GT5 so I will always do what I can to make it to each and every race! 👍

Yeah, my brother started out studying Mechanical but then changed mid way through the second year, he's showed me where it can lead me and what not. I want to make it into racing, through aero or not, I don't care!
