Avatar change crash

I want to change my avatar, but it keeps crashing when it tries to load, and I get an error. Is there any sort of maintenance going on or something right now?

UPDATE: I think it was just too big. Oh well. No worries.

Well, the image I was trying to set as my avatar is I believe 1.1 MB, and I think that may be the problem. But just for reference, here's the pic. *CONTENT WARNING*

I know it can't be size, as I've had images this size as avatars.

Whenever possible, I'd resize the avatar yourself (or ask nicely here) before you attempt to use it. 👍

Tried Imageshack, used avatar size, kinda blurry. Thanks, I can figure it out from here.
