Do you have to issue a new command every time the blue circle timer expires, or does wear off over time?

Second, tires: I am a noob still, only level 8, and im new to b-spec. So, with that said, comfort tires compared to Sport Hard. I know Hard is compound but grip wise, how much better is the hard compared to the soft. Is it like 20% better, 10% better?

Third is strength: Does the driver perform worse when his strength lowers? What happens when his strength lowers?

If you don't reissue the command it'll stick for a while but eventually Bob will go to sleep and slow down. Reissuing the command wakes him up.

Strength, or lack of, on my Bobs doesn't seem to do anything, or at worst makes him slightly more prone to do stupid things when low. I think its just mostly used to force driver swapping on longer races.

It lasts about 30 seconds after the circle runs out.

Better trying out the tyres individually and judging it by the time, make sure to keep at the same pace for each tyre for a couple of laps. Hard sport are definitely faster than soft comfort.

Yes, he will make more mistakes.

When do signs of weakness occur? 50% Strength? Zero?

Mine don't slow down much until the bar is all the way to the left. At that point you'll see lap times of 5-10 seconds slower than when he is in the red. So if you gave him a car that will normally be 10 seconds faster than the pack he will probably win without intervention. I've also heard that when he has more experience (20+) he will start speeding back up when the pack starts catching him. Mine are at 16 or so and I haven't seen that yet,
